The 2013 ICSA Annual Conference will take place September 22nd through the 25th at the beautiful Omni Jacksonville Hotel.

Our theme for this year’s event, “United through Service” will also be the theme for National Customer Service Week as the ICSA starts a tradition of building an annual theme for both.

This year’s educational programming will include a blend of strategic level sessions focusing on creating and implementing an organization wide culture of customer service excellence, as well as appropriate sessions dealing with important operational issues.

Back by popular demand will be our Monday evening IGNITE Session.  Last year was the inaugural IGNITE event and it was a HUGE hit with all attendees.  This is a “can’t miss” session early Monday evening leaving plenty of time for you to go to dinner with your friends!

Also back again this year is the Alex’s Lemonade Stand in support of the ALS-Foundation raising money for childhood cancer research.  This amazing foundation is doing wonderful things in the area of pediatric cancer research and we appreciate your support.
