Founded in 1981 by a group of Customer Service Executives dedicated to elevating the understanding of the vital role played by customer service in business. The ICSA has spent the past 35 years filling the need for Customer Service Certification, professional development, and recognition of the individuals and organizations that represent the BEST in the Customer Service & Experience industry.
