Plan now to join us in beautiful and historic Richmond, Virginia at the Omni Richmond on the James River this September 16^th through the 19^th.  You will be joined by several hundred fellow service professionals and treated to three days of outstanding educational and networking opportunities!  Our conference last year was a huge success and we are building off that success to provide attendees with even more in terms of built in networking opportunities, high value educational sessions, highly inspirational Keynotes and FUN!!!

“Why should I attend the ICSA Conference?”

1. This is the only national event focused completely on CUSTOMER SERVICE across all industries and via any medium.  Sessions will focus on improving the customer experience and will be rich in content and application!
2. Each educational session will be feature a practitioner…someone who does what you do every day and has something of value to share.
3. Keynote presentations will be from customer service industry leaders who will share freely with attendees and provide content designed to provide attendees with specific applications to bring back and implement.
